Dear Bioware,

the ending(s) to your trilogy should not:

-Depend on the Endingtron 3000 right at the last minute.
-Be variants of the same goddamned thing.

they should:

-Depend on your actions throughout the trilogy, or at the very least the last game.  (like silent hill or Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne)
-At the very least have significantly different epilogues.
-Have a Golden Ending as a reward for all of your hard work throughout the whole series. Go ahead and keep the whole Main Character's Noble Sacrifice thing for the sake of drama, but at least let the players know that they've made the world a better place.

Wait a second! I fucking know you from SB!

And you also worked on DX:HR?

You win.

Hi, me again. the Bringer of Bad Ideas.

a) Is there an equivalent of a Metalstorm type-weapon in this universe you've created? I do realize the weapon in question was designed to be used with non-mass accelerator weapons, but given the sheer destructive power of the weapon, shouldn't there be an equivalent? Is there one in ME:HR and I just haven't spotted it?

b) I note you haven't posted the story here on Deviantart. Is this a personal choice, or are you just unable to find the time? If it's time, I'm going to be really selfish and ask if I can post your work here (I SWEAR I WILL CREDIT YOU TOTALLY. This isn't the first time I've posted a story that isn't my own and made sure to tell people it wasn't written by me.) If it isn't, I'll just leave you be. I ask because I've been on this site for six years and gotten less than five-thousand visitors for all my hard work and writing. I was hoping to leech a little of your popularity, since so far that seems to be the only cure. I have a friend who I'm co-writing a story with, and so far its my most successful work yet, because he's posted it on HIS profile. Or is it a case that you think it won't get noticed on this site. I've been told that it's not a good place to get your writing skills noticed.

I wanted to share an idea I had for your story, Mass Effect: Human Revolution. I realize you're a very independent artist who doesn't just take ideas from everyone, but I loved this idea so much that I just had to share it.

The Children of the Sun, or the Disciples of Helios, born from a movement that arose in Hong Kong after the Collapse, made up of people who had benefitted substantially from Helios' brief control, which means people spread across wide demographics. They are vehement supporters of human augmentation, which they see as 'taking control of our own evolution and destiny'. They also loathe and are loathed by the Order Church, whom they accuse of promoting 'magical thinking' and holding mankind back from its destiny. Of course, in the modern era, they have mostly gone underground in a galaxy that hates and loathes synthetic intelligence and augmentation. They don't like Quarians, but not for the reasons most people do. They see them as 'child murderers', and hate them for trying to kill the Geth, whom they view as victims. They get along quite well with the Omar. Ironically, they are the most hated organization in human space, and are often the subject of blame for terrorist attacks against the Order Church (not too far from the truth, given that the more radical sub-groups of their membership hate the organization, and apparently have technology even more advanced than the Templars (though obviously a far smaller membership)). If discovered, members of the organization are often subject of lynching or being burned at the stake. This has made them quite bitter.

Anyway, that's a rough outline of the idea. Take it or leave it or whatever. It does pose an interesting parallel to the Templars...

While there are plenty of Pro-Augmentation activists on Earth, they haven't coalesced into a militant group quite like that. Hein and the Shadow Broker are the only ones willing to get their hands dirty to change everyone's minds.

Ah, ok. Thx for replying and clearing that up...I look forward to seeing what happens with Johann in this story arc. Also, I'm assuming the Rachni will make an appearance...
